Writing about this indian wedding in Rome is deeply emotional for me. It was thanks to the trust of Eshan’s family that, back in 2014, we began our journey into organizing Indian weddings in Italy. Nearly ten years later, I had the privilege and honor of planning the wedding of their second son: a moment that represents not only continuity, but a relationship built on trust, understanding, and shared values.

Rome was a choice made from the heart. Few cities in the world can rival its sense of history and grandeur, and the view over the Rome from the villa remains one of the most breathtaking settings imaginable for an Indian wedding ceremony. Framing a traditional Mandap against the Roman skyline creates a dialogue between cultures: timeless, powerful, and deeply symbolic.

The project was complex and demanding, yet immensely rewarding. Weddings of this scale and significance are never the result of a single vision, but of a shared journey with the family. I am profoundly grateful for the confidence placed in us — not only in the design and décor of the celebrations, but also in the choice of artists, musicians, and photographer, each selected to reflect the spirit of the family and the rituals they hold dear.

What makes this indian wedding in Rome especially memorable for me is not only its beauty, but its humanity. The warmth of the family, their involvement in every step of the process, and the sweetness of the bride, Rusika. These are the moments that stay with you long after the celebrations end.

Indian weddings are built on tradition, but they come alive through trust, cultural understanding, and experience. This celebration in Rome will always remain one of those projects I look back on with deep gratitude and pride.
