Exclusive wedding in Rome

Ever since our fist encounter with this brilliant couple, they stressed the importance to spoil their guests and to surprise them with an amazing venue and beautiful décor… and so we did! We selected one of the most elegant churches in Rome and a unique venue for the celebrations.
The church of Piazza del Popolo was entirely decorated with white flowers to enhance the elegance of the church. After the ceremony the newlyweds were welcomed by a 7-member marching band and a and explosion of confetti! The reception was held at the majestic Villa Miani, the view over Rome from here is breath-taking, the gardens are impeccable and the rich decors of the villa are exactly the perfect scenario to host such an elegant and refined celebration, just like Hyam and Waleed’s.
Arriving from the church the guests were welcomed in the panoramic terrace, where they enjoyed the view on Rome while sipping the delicious Deutz champagne.
Their guests had the biggest surprise when they entered the ballroom for the dinner. The guests were not simply escorted there, they each received an ancient key, with tassels and their name, to enter the enchanted room.
We wanted to design something special to décor the ballroom of the villa. The idea was to let everyone have a direct view on the stage and access the dance floor to enjoy the dancing.
Therefore, we suggested using differently shaped tables: we had 12 oval tables, 32-meter rectangular tables, and a semi-circular table for 20 guests. We designed and produced a semi-circular dance floor and a two level stage, surrounded by the tables.
The background of the stage was designed following the exact request of the couple, a pattern rich of green foliage where they wanted to hang a tailormade neon. The result was unique!
All the tables where decorated with flowers, candles and chandeliers, creating the most romantic and chic atmosphere with the help of a very elegant table set up to reflect the light of the candles. Each single detail created the perfect ambiance for an elegant dinner where everyone could enjoy delicious fish courses, such as the tuna carpaccio in sesame crust with arugula and orange, and the gilthead with lemon sauce served with crispy sage.
A 9-element worldwide famous wedding band from Paris entertained the guests with music and dancing all night long! The whole wedding celebration, cleverly and carefully planned and designed by our team, gave our couple exactly what they wanted: an elegant and sophisticated wedding with a touch of glam and with lots of fun!
