The large central hall and the adjoining rooms, decorated in different styles, were originally designed to host magnificent dances and gala evenings.
A splendid example of Italian Mannerist architecture and set in a vast centuries-old park, the villa overlooks the serene panorama of Lake Como, offering a setting that is both magical and poetic. Each window is a painting, with ever-changing views, just as each room is a small masterpiece.
The great director Luchino Visconti spent his summers here during his youth, drawing inspiration for masterpieces such as “The Leopard.”
