Sara Mazzei and her team at Infinity Weddings constitute the dream team of wedding planners! The thought of planning a destination wedding was a little scary at first, especially me being a perfectionist and a very hands on individual. Sara was quick to put our minds at ease, by first listening to us intently, understanding our vision and then providing multiple solutions for everything; from venues, to caterers, to photographers, to florists etc. We were VERY impressed with all of the recommendations, some of them exceeding our expectations, and for a couple that live in Dubai, where we are use to 5* everything, that says a lot! (…) We spent a total of 8 months planning the wedding via email and Skype, with two visits to Italy to choose the venue, do the food tasting and makeup trial. Sara was there every step of the way, always offering fantastic creative solutions, such as converting the venue’s parking lot into the dinner area, which turned out to be spectacular!! The Infinity Weddings team are highly professional, delivering everything they promised they would. The attention to detail was par to none, and on the wedding day, the team kept calm and collected. They made sure that every feature of our day was perfect. Sara, you are a special soul and we will forever be grateful to you for realizing our fairytale dream wedding!

 Dear Sara, Our wedding weekend was beyond a dream. We have spent every day of our honeymoon reminiscing about each aspect of the wedding, and for us, it was the perfect few days. We have so much to thank you for. Starting with the planning process, you put us at ease from the very beginning. We both agree planning the wedding was actually a very fun, stress free experience. Anytime we worried or questioned anything you were quick to reply, with simple, and sometimes creative, solutions. You also did a wonderful job proposing brilliant ideas and concepts for our events that stayed true to our vision. No matter how large or small our requests were, you made them happen if possible. If anything went wrong on the wedding day, we didn’t know it. The ceremony was perfectly coordinated and beautifully set up. When we saw the long dinner table for the first time, we were just in complete awe. It was absolutely gorgeous! The lighting, décor, and flowers across the table were breath-taking, and it was magical to watch the table glow as the sun went down. The food was impeccable, the transitions to the different dances/speeches were seamless, and the wait staff was professional and attentive. The dance party afterwards was just a total raging hit. Thank you for bringing our vision of the Bowery and Jane hotels to life in Italy. The cake was perfect and beautifully decorated, and thank you so much for coordinating the Banfi wine to be served at the same time. Honestly, Sara, you did an impeccable job coordinating, planning, and helping with every aspect. We saw how much hard work you put into the wedding, and couldn’t be more appreciative. We also just loved working with you because you are so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and personable. We look back and only think of perfection. …Sandra, both you and the entire Infinity weddings team have done an absolutely amazing job for us in regards to our recent wedding in Tuscany. We truly cannot put our appreciation into words, everything was just perfect and we really don’t think it could’ve been any better. We loved that on the wedding day itself, we were able to just relax and enjoy the moment without any stress; from the outset it was clear that you and your team had everything under control. When we first met, and then right up until the day itself, you took the time to understand us and to understand what we wanted, which was crucial in ensuring the day turned out as amazing as it did. The location was stunning, the food and wine was exactly what we wanted, the service, the music, the decorations, the musicians; this list goes on and on and there is no way that we could’ve done this without you! Our family and friends keep saying how amazing it was for them as well, which of course means a lot to us given many of them had to fly in from the other side of the world. We are just so happy that for them, as well as us, it was such a memorable event. Sara and her team are absolute super stars. We were so grateful for their professionalism and the attention they gave our event when we hired them to replace our previous planner just six weeks out from our three day wedding in Capri. This wedding was not easy, there were a lot of moving parts, many replacement vendors required, a lot of negotiating with southern Italians who do not like to negotiate. It was stressful, there were many tears shed from our side, but having Sara take control of the wedding truly put my mind at ease and I had the most fabulous time, a weekend I will never forget. Sara is someone of the utmost integrity, she will not lead you astray, overcharge or do anything that isn't in the best interest of her client. I can vouch for this 100%. Thank you Sara and the Infinity team, you were a breath of fresh air in this often at times unscrupulous industry. We appreciate everything you have done for us and we would recommend you to anyone looking to get married in Italy.

Dear Sara, Deciding to work with you was truly the best decision we made in this whole wedding planning adventure. I was looking back, and it is unbelievable how many emails we exchanged over the last 15 months. I have to admit that I will miss emailing you. I am so glad to hear that everyone treated you well as we all owe so much of our wonderful experience to you. And yes, you are right it did take a lot of trust, but it was all 100% deserved. She did a great job and was very conscientious. I appreciated her ideas very much. We were very happy with all of our vendors Thank you so so much again.
