We wanted our wedding to be one that our friends and family would remember. My favourite part of the wedding day…it’s impossible to decide!! Every part of the day exceeded our expectations – it was like a fairy tale wedding – this absolutely could not have been achieved without our wonderful wedding planner Sara Mazzei from Infinity Weddings and Events®. The church service (organist, trumpeter, opera singer and pianist), the transport, the jazz band, the canapés and drinks reception, the food, the wine, the flowers, the venue, the wedding cheese cake, the cocktails, the sky lanterns and finally the DJ all were all amazing. Really we could not fault any part of our special day. If you are planning a wedding abroad and can afford to do so, invest on a wedding planner. This was by far the best decision we made for our wedding.

How do I even begin to find the words to let you know how much more special you made my wedding day Barbara?! I think I called you with only 4 months till the wedding day, completely stressed out and worried the wedding would be too difficult to make happen.
After our first "meeting" on Skype I felt so much better, you took over all the work without excluding me from any the decision making. You are so organized and thoughtful, the added touches you suggested for my day made it perfect.
After we started working together, I was able to enjoy the planning and preparation for my wedding instead of worrying if everything would get done. That right there, is the biggest gift, because I love my memories of planning for my wedding in Italy.
You were always available to me, via email or Skype when I had an "urgent" question and most importantly you helped me with the answers. You just made everything run so smoothly....and along the way of planning my wedding we became friends, another cherished memory.
Thank you for your professional help, your personal touches and your friendship. When we are back in Italy a visit to you will definitely be part of our plans!

Sara, we do not know where to begin in thanking you for the most beautiful wedding you organised for us. From the moment we met you we immediately warmed to you and felt so comfortable and at ease. We knew straight away that we wanted to work together with you as you treated us like old friends and made us feel so relaxed. We could not have imagined the wedding to be so perfect from start to finish but it truly was a fairy tale. All of our guests have said how wonderful it all was and could not believe how magical everything turned out. I do not think anyone had been to a wedding quite like it. The attention to detail was fantastic and everything ran so smoothly. As the bride I did no have to worry about any of the organising on the day and that was amazing. You were always there to help and reassure us and took care of all the guests needs, from answering questions to organising their transport!!
When we came to visit those few times we had such a lovely time with you and that made it easy to work so closely with you. It is rare to find someone like you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our wedding was an absolute dream and we loved every second. It was incredible and the food was to die for!
We will definitely be recommending your services to any friends who are considering marrying in Italy!

If you decide to make Tuscany the destination of your wedding, please call Barbara Calo. I was pleasantly surprised by her sincerity and professionalism. One might think that language barriers may have been an issue while planning a wedding in a different country. However the quality of her staff  and service and ability to communicate with us and different vendors was never an issue. She was always available, always responded to our emails and questions, and always gave us the most accurate and thoughtful answers. She was always there to aleviate the stress. If there was ever anything that we needed help with, we knew Barbara could do the job.
Over a span of a year, we got to do all of the fun wedding planning activities together… collaboration with florists, menu and wine tastings, visiting cake shops in Florence, deciding on table decorations, doing dress alterations, shoe shopping, etc. Everytime we went back to plan we would stay for at least a week, and would get to meet with Barbara enjoying the lovely scenery and would dream about what the big day would finally be like. She was always as enthusiastic as us, always hopeful, positive and confident that our wedding day would be the best wedding in history…and it was just that !
I do have to admit, there were many stress-filled moments where I thought « Why in the world did we ever decide to have our wedding in Tuscany ? Why couldn’t we have had it here, close to home ? » After I would write Barbara an email, and would think to myself that having a wedding in Tuscany isn’t the worst thing that could have happened to us. Barbara’s help proved to be invaluable.
My final thoughts, now an month and a half after the wedding, it truly was pure SUCCESS! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding ! After a year of stressing with the paperwork, decisions and more decisions, we did it ! Our friends and family keep telling us « That was one of the best weddings ever ! » ,  « What a fairy tale ! », « It was perfect ! » And from friends who will soon be married « It’ll be hard to top that ! »
